	JASMIN COTTAGE ACCOMMODATION

A warm welcome to Jasmin Cottage Bed and Breakfast. The cottage is lovingly and tastefully decorated, with luxurious beds/bedding. There are tea and coffee facilities in all rooms. Both bathrooms are well equipped and fitted with power showers/baths.

There is a beautiful communal living room with use of a music system and a selection of CD's and both fact and fictional books.

A wholesome vegetarian breakfast is served between 8.00am until 9.00am in the Jasmin filled conservatory and consists of: Cereal selection, Toast and a choice of Eggs: - poached, boiled, scrambled and a selection of teas and coffee.

For those who love the outdoors there is a quaint and private south facing courtyard garden. There is parking outside the property and we would respectfully remind all our guests that there is a no smoking and drinking policy.

All our rooms are free from television

We also have wireless internet connection (WiFi).

We respectfuly request that all new guests book in between 4pm and 7pm unless previously arranged.

Guests are reminded to vacate their room by 10.30am.

Upstairs is a 'shoeless zone' so please bring your slippers!
